Emergency Food Box Program

NWPM is now overseeing the Food Box Program formerly administered by Friendly House.

The food box pickup location is at First Immanuel Church 1808 N.W. Irving St.

Participants can get canned goods, pasta, and more once per month! Along with perishables and frozen foods every other month. Must be within income guidelines and live in our NW neighborhood.

Hours:

  • Every Tuesdays and Fridays from 11:00am to 1:00pm

  • 2nd Wednesday of each month from 10:00am to 11:00am for Harvest Share Day

  • 4th Monday of each month from 5:30pm to 7:00pm

To Qualify:

  • You must be a NW Portland resident and live west of NW14th Ave and North of W. Burnside.

  • Income not to exceed $1574.00 per individual monthly

  • Proof of eligibility required for all members in the household

Food Expanison:

  • End of the month food pantry stocking at area low income highrises. Access Food via area service managers in your building served.
